At Sportiv, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Period

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned with its original box, packaging, tags, and accessories.

Products showing signs of use or damage, or with missing packaging, may not be accepted.

Important Delivery Information

The courier cannot process a return or exchange at the time of delivery. Customers must receive and pay for the order in full, then contact our customer support team to request a return or exchange.

Packages cannot be opened or inspected before accepting delivery.

Return & Exchange Fees

Exchange fee: 100 EGP
Return and refund fee: 200 EGP

These fees cover collection and shipping services.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Card payments: If you paid by Visa or Mastercard, the refund will be returned to the same card used at checkout.

Cash on delivery: If you paid in cash on delivery, the refund will be issued in cash through our approved refund process.
